Shab D. Kerendian

Shab D. Kerendian founded the firm and started it as the Law Offices of Shab D. Kerendian. Since 1996, Shab has been practicing law and representing clients before judges in state and federal courts. Due to client satisfaction and referrals, he expanded this firm into a multi-lawyer firm known as Kerendian & Associates, Inc.

Tom N. Tran

Mr. Tran has a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Business Administration: Accountancy. He is admitted to practice law in the States of California, Texas, and Michigan, including the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern, and Southern District of California, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Craig Cawlfield

Craig Cawlfield is an attorney with focus mainly in business and real estate litigation. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Mr. Cawlfield obtained his law degree in 2000 from UCLA School of Law. Prior to that, he graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles with a major in diplomacy and world affairs.

Carolin Bakhani has experience in real estate management, acquisitions, and dispositions. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Carolin has expertise in commercial and residential properties, including hotels, high rises, land, medical centers, residential houses and condos.
