Mr. Tran has a Juris Doctor degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Business Administration: Accountancy. He is admitted to practice law in the States of California, Texas, and Michigan, including the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern, and Southern District of California, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Tran has over 20 years of business litigation experience with an emphasis in complex business and real property disputes.

Additionally, Mr. Tran served as in-house counsel for a software development firm in Dallas, Texas, that specializes in custom software solutions for global tax firms, where he handled all company legal matters ranging from contracts, liability issues, intellectual property protection, operations, legal compliance, and US and foreign employment and labor law issues.

When not practicing law, Mr. Tran enjoys spending time with family and friends, and various recreational activities, particularly hockey.
